Google pursuite of social networking hasn’t stopped with Buzz. According to a report by TechCrunch, Google has acquired social search service Aardvark for $50 million.
Aardvark is a social search engine that helps you find answers from real people. You can post a question from the (web, IM, email, Twitter, or iPhone) and Aardvark will forward it to someone with the right knowledge and experience to help. Usually questions are answered within 5 to 10 minutes.
Aardvark, founded by ex-Googlers, has raised around $6 million in venture capital to date.
